1. What is your Returns Policy?
Every item we sell comes with our 100% Satisfaction Guarantee so you can buy with confidence.
If you want to return any product, simply return it to us within 30 days for a full refund* or exchange.
Any returned items must be in the same condition you received them and in their original packaging.
Damaged or faulty goods must be notified to us in writing (by e-mail) within 3 days of receipt and must not have been used and will be refunded in full.
If you do need to return any goods can you please e-mail us before doing so with the reason for your return.
We will refund you when the goods are received by us.
